Samorost 2

This is probably the best point and click puzzle game I've ever played. It's from the amazing people at Amanita Design. In the award winning Samorost 2, you are on a mission to get your dog back from evil aliens, and you must solve all sorts of puzzles to get him/her back. The art is amazing, the animation perfect and the music is sublime(for a change)! Although it can be very frustrating at times -like all point and click's -, it is definitely worth playing, and while you're there check out their other games. I just want to pay $6.90 and play it to the end!
